NUTRITION COACHING

Have a ACCREDITED SPORTS NUTRITIONIST create healthy, tasty and easy meal plans for you! 

You will work closely with me, Sarah as your very own nutritionist. With this personalised nutrition mentoring, my aim is to improve your relationship with yourself and your food. 

I understand that food is such a big aspect in our lives and being able to enjoy food guilt free is my goal. No more yo-yo dieting. No more restricting. No more saying no to foods you love! 

Included in nutrition coaching is 4 sample days worth of yummy food. Each day includes 3 main meals, 2 snacks & dessert (if the client would like) with the macro breakdown of each meal. 

All meal plans are created based on your goals, your food prefences, your likes & dislikes. Educating you that you CAN enjoy foods you love all whilst working towards bettering your lifestyle!

Weekly check ins are also conducted via whatsapp. This includes progress photos, weigh ins and a series of questions to discuss how your week and progress went. A further Friday check in is confudection to see how you're feeling about the weekend and if we need to make any adjustments!
