Welcome to your pocket PT! 


Work closely with me, Sarah. As your online coach to achieve not only your goals but better education when it comes to your health and fitness. 
Having 7 years experience in the industry and now being a fully qualified Sports nutritionist we work closely every week to focus on a healthier lifestyle, sustainable daily habits and levelling up your hard work! 

Online coaching is a very specific and detailed service as we work towards educating you about calories, macros, tracking training data, periodised training and nutriton for long last results and the benefits of calorie cycling throughout the year!

All training plans are created for either the gym or home depending on your preference. It includes as many sessions as you require for the week. This program is then followed for the next month and tracked through a personal training app I have. 

All meal plans are created for you, your lifestyle, your food preferences and any dietary requirements. I understand everyone has different likes and dislikes when it comes to food and that is highly taking into consideration when created. You receive 3 different sample days for the month with a calorie and macro breakdown for each meal. 

Online coaching includes weekly check ins via what's app. This is conducted via WhatsApp and includes progress photos, weigh ins and a series of questions to discuss how your week and progress went. A further Friday check in is conducted to see how youre feeling about the weekend and if we need to make any adjustments. 

Whilst my services are very flexible and easy, you work with me to achieve a goal. And as your coach I will always give you the kick up the bum when needed! 
My coaching is very personal and very in depth as I find giving you the best quality service allows you to reach new potentials!
