Hi im Sarah! Owner and head coach of S.D.health&fitness.

As a coach, my number one goal is to educate my clients on how to develop and sustain a positive mindset, practise consistency and learn the tools to create a healthier lifestyle.

A little bit about me and where my journey started….
From a very young age I always showed interest in exercise, physical activity & nutrition. I have always been educated, taught and guided through my fitness journey. In my younger years it was from mentors such as my dancing instructors and netball coaches teaching me exercise and fitness skills. More recently it was from my Fitness Coaches I have had over the years, educating me on correct form & technique in the gym, forming a positive relationship with nutrition and the foods I eat and practising self-love. 

My professional development over the last 6 years includes: 

- Accredited Sports Nutrionist 

- Diploma in Personal Training 

- Cert 3 & 4 as a Fitness Professional 

- Certifcate 1 Physique athlete coach 

- Qualified Online Coach

- Qualified Performance Nutrition Coach 


Being proud of who I am, confident within myself I'm always aiming to be a better, healthier, happier version of myself. This is the reason I am such a passionate coach.

My goal as a fitness coach is to provide you with the tools, knowledge and support to reach your own goals. But most importantly to help you sustain healthier habits, healthier behaviours and a healthier lifestyle!
